Why all this?

We are a team of entrepreneurs, coaches and psychologists who have hired, developed and restructured a large number of teams in different types of organisations over the last 15 years. 

One common takeaway is that a significant amount of conflict is avoidable if people just talked to each other about what makes them tick and what they dislike, both in a physical or hybrid/ fully remote setting. In all cases we believe that communication is the key and we are working on tools to further enable it.

Before being able to express what makes you tick, one needs to have self-awareness. This is why we start the journey with a questionnaire-based approach to generate expressions people can use. Finally, we believe that personality-driven discussions about team fit, performance and job satisfaction do not have to be initiated by team leads or HR reps but can easily be done by the team itself.
