How to create your readme

What we aim to do

 

Our solution is a personality-driven approach that helps you generate a readme document for your teammates about who you are and what is important to you. Important means: aspects identified by you, selected by you and specified by you in 3 easy steps with full control over the data you provide and the outcome you want to share.

  1. Fill in the questionnaire

 

We have preselected phrases for you, just rate them by preference. It’s 87 questions and it shouldn’t take you more than 5-10 mins. But take your time - each answer is being saved in your personal space.

2. Customize phrases

 

Some people like working at night because they are owls, some people do it because they need to care for their children in the evenings - by customising the phrases we suggest you start creating an individual touch. You can also choose to unselect a suggested phrase if you don’t feel that it should be part of your readme.

3. Share

 

Once you’re happy with your readme, share it with your team. It is a public profile but it’s curated by you!
